OMG I've been writing code for almost 10 hours straight now. I started writing a program in assembly language around midnight and just finished. Surprisingly I'm not very tired and I'm a little chipper. I guess finally seeing it work without bugs felt good.
Nothing new really going on in my life right now. Which is probably a sign that I need some change in my life. I have some positive changes I'm planning on doing soon though.
Actually there's one new thing. My sister just had a baby, so I'm an uncle now. That baby is super cute. Maybe I'll post a picture here sometime if I decide to update again sometime this year :P
Just started working out again as well. It felt good. I haven't worked out in over a year,so I was super rusty. Before the long break I worked out continuously for years, only taking breaks for my body needed to heal. Unfortunately I lost a lot of strength and stamina during my year of sloth and laziness, so it's time to get into fighting shape again.
well, time to get ready for my day. over and out.

I just finished day one of my first P90X workout. I just about died. I seriously didn't think I'd have that much of hard time. Puked up my egg white omelet breakfast too...that was not fun. Only 89 more days to go lol.

So a few months ago 3 kittens end up in our backyard. One day me and my friend were lifting weights in the backyard when I see this furball behind the barbeque grill. Ever since then we've been feeding the mom and the kitties. The kittens are like our pets now and run around inside our house. I should of taken pics when they were all small and fuzzy, but I never got around to it. Here's a couple cute recent pics though.

I've started another bad habit. Early in the morning or late at night I'll head out to my front yard and smoke some cigarettes or cigars. I really have no addictions to tobacco but I have this new routine. Around 2 to 5 am I'll load up some emotional songs on my ipod. Doesn't matter if it's slow or fast..it just has to hit my emotions the right way. I'll throw on some jeans, a wife beater, and my black jacket if its cold. I need to look cool, I don't get all fixed up, but I wanna look cool in a bad boy type of way. Then I choose between some flavored cigarettes or cigars. Vanilla, cherry, chocolate...etc. I like Blackstones. I go outside and just enter this zone. I got my tunes blasting in my ear, I'm looking cool, and I'm enjoying the smooth flavor of my current choice of tobacco. I just lean up againt my car and get lost in myself. I love when the air is cold and crisp and the sky is clear so I can see the stars. It's almost like an escape and I have no worries in the world.
I don't wanna make it a habit though. I remember when I was at USNA I got into the habit of smoking cigars. I loved my Arturo Fuentes. It's never an addiction though. I'm just a night person and it almost gives me an excuse to just be out there in the cold by myself. I feel stupid just being outside doing nothing. I may start buying real cigars again. It'd be cool if I had a bud that would chill with me late at night. We could sit at the beach, smoke a lil, maybe drink every once in a while...and just chill at all hours of the night.

lol omg I almost drank a cup with a contact lens in it. I guess the girl who also works at my desk left her contact lens in a dixie cup on my desk. So I put it off to the side and forgot about it. I'm always drinking water all day from the same dixie cups and there was a really pretty girl in the office so I wasn't paying attention. I grab the cup with the contact lens in it and feel this weird thing in the water so I spit it back out in the cup and it was the contact lens. I swear girls make guys into complete dumbasses. However I learned the pretty girl work at Hooters in Pacific Beach. I'll have to stop by there some day ;P

I don't know why I thought tomorrow was the 13th. It's my fault for always putting things off till the last minute. Besides just studying for my Circuit Analysis exam, I have 3 programs I need to write by tomorrow. I really hate computer programming. Looking at code all day is not fun, but if I want to work with embedded computer systems I have to learn this crap. Electrical engineering is diverse though, so I may just take another route and ignore programming all together.

I hate when my boss decides to leave for the day and I have to run the office by myself. I was supposed to leave early today too, to finish up some end of semester assignments. I wouldn't mind as much if I was a Licensed Representative for Allstate, but I'm unlicensed. So there's a lot of stuff I can't legally discuss with customers and they always have tons of questions and want answers and they should get them. Thats what the agent I work under is for. I just handle everything else. Work was so much easier when the boss had another employee, but she left and I have the total workload now. I wish my boss was more like the other agent in the office who only takes days off when it's an absolute emergency.

Damn I can't wait for UFC 60...Matt Hughes vs Royce Graice. I loved watching Royce Gracie during the early years of UFC. I don't know if he can take Matt though. I'm really hoping it goes to the ground and there's lot of submission and grappling. I don't want to see stand up during this fight.

Good lord...when I headed to school today I was complaining cuz it was so hot, but I forgot that on days like this...the girls of SDSU dress extremely hot. Short skirts and small shirts. Plus today we had a chem quiz and this girl who only goes to our lab section to take quizes sat right across from me. She looks like Alicia Silverstone, when she used to be hot. Only this girl is way hotter. I think I failed cuz I couldn't concentrate. Five girls from SDSU are gonna be in an upcoming issue of Playboy too. I'll have to pick that issue up lol. My lab partner Meghan was dressed really hot today too. She's really pretty, but I was blown away today. Needless to say I was frustrated the whole day.
Actually though, days like this make me realize I need to lose more weight. I still haven't reached my goal yet. I ws doing good for a while and kept hitting my short term goals, but the last couple weeks have been bad. I need to get my act together. I get disgusted with myself when I gain too much weight.

Her music is so beautiful. I stood outside my house tonight listening intently, staring at the sky, completely lost in emotion. Rain started pouring down, but I didn't move. I just stood there, staring into the stars until I was soaked. Her angelic voice kept me warm, warmer than I've ever felt before.

oh god too funny. I was creating another gmail account, because somehow my old one is getting tons of spam even though I barely use it for stuff....only emailing between friends. So I try to use LMeyer for my name, but it was taken...so it came up with some suggested names...LMeyerster, LMeyernator, LMeyerorama, LMeyermeister. Who in their right mind would use one of those suggestions. Call me the Meyerenator..too lame.

Yay I just checked my grades online and I got 150 pts out of 150 on my first exam for chem200. Don't ask me why an engineer needs to take chem200. Anyways I haven't attended the lecture in over 3 weeks and I didn't read the chapters or study until 2 days before the exam. That was a good start for chem, but I'm worried about my Circuits Analysis exam next week. I understand all the concepts perfectly and get the theory, but the application of it screws me up sometimes. I'll prolly spend all weekend and the first part of next week studying and doing practice problems. I can't wait till it's over and I can relax again.
